Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and edit raw footage into a cohesive rough cut based on scripts, storyboards, or creative briefs. Refine the narrative flow, pacing, and continuity to ensure maximum viewer engagement and emotional impact. Integrate, edit, and mix voiceovers, sound effects, and background music to ensure high-quality sound design. Perform basic color correction and grading, and integrate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects. Deliver final videos in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios tailored for specific social media and broadcast platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications Advanced mastery of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects). A strong sense of composition, color theory, timing, and modern video trends. Strong file-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Excellent communication skills to interpret feedback and collaborate with directors, producers, and clients.
